Rhodes  is a veteran Navy SEAL with 17 years of service and six combat deployments in some of the world’s most demanding operational environments. Throughout his career, he has led and served alongside elite teams tasked with complex, high-stakes missions, developing a reputation for steady leadership, resilience under pressure, and an unwavering commitment to those he serves with.

Coming from a family deeply rooted in Naval Special Warfare, Rhodes is a second-generation SEAL, following in the footsteps of both his father and his father-in-law. That legacy of service has shaped his approach to leadership, instilling a strong sense of duty, humility, and accountability that has defined both his military career and his personal life.

Over the course of his service, Rhodes has overcome multiple combat-related injuries, undergoing several surgeries with another spinal procedure ahead. Despite these challenges, he continues to embody the perseverance and mental toughness required of the SEAL community, maintaining a forward-focused mindset as he prepares for the next chapter of his life.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Rhodes is a devoted husband and father of two daughters. His family has been a constant source of strength and purpose throughout his years of service, and they now serve as his primary motivation as he transitions into civilian life.

As he looks ahead, Rhodes plans to pursue further education and move into the business world, where he aims to apply the leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills forged in the military. He remains committed to a life of service, with a focus on creating opportunities for others and continuing to contribute in meaningful ways beyond the uniform.
