Quinn Louise Barker

Quinn is the daughter of Thomas Barker, a retired U.S. Navy SEAL, who first introduced her to the Glen Doherty Memorial Foundation. Though she never met Glen personally, she grew up hearing stories of his kindness, patience, and humor—qualities that left a lasting impression on her. One memory her parents shared involved Glen laughing when Quinn, as a young child, playfully stripped the petals from his prized rose garden.

Growing up surrounded by service members, Quinn was inspired by their dedication and sacrifice. Influenced by figures like Glen and her father, she has developed a deep appreciation for the country and its values. This inspiration has guided her pursuit of higher education and a future career in law, with the goal of shaping legislation that benefits everyday Americans while honoring the legacy of service that has shaped her life.
