Health H.

US Navy SEAL - Active Duty

Harvard Business School - MBA

Heath H. has spent fourteen years in Naval Special Warfare, leading and mentoring elite operators with a philosophy that true leaders run toward crisis and bring their teams back stronger. Raised in the Northeast by a single mother who modeled resilience, he learned early that hard work and service go hand in hand—a foundation that carried him through BUD/S, six combat deployments, and his current role leading Development Group’s selection course.

This August, Heath will attend Harvard Business School as a Navy Fleet Scholar while remaining on active duty, seeking to sharpen his skills in strategy, leadership, and capital allocation to prepare for future squadron command. Beyond his operational duties, he serves as a senior ambassador for the Warrior for Life Foundation, leading initiatives that support veterans and families through sports and wellness programs.

Driven by personal loss, Heath also founded a veteran suicide prevention initiative that combines technology, data, and community to identify and support at-risk service members. After HBS, he plans to return to command, expand Warrior for Life’s reach, and advance mental health resources across the special operations community—ensuring every operator leaving the battlefield finds purpose, connection, and continued strength.
