MEET TEAM GDMF NYC 2017!

BRIAN GOUGLER - Richmond Hill, GA

 

Brian is our 1st service member to run NYC in honor of Glen.  We are thrilled to have him on board.   Brian works at Fort Stewart in Georgia and did a 2 year stint as a guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington Cemetary.  He has run the Marine Corps Marathon and is looking forward to his first NYC marathon.

HEATHER LAKE - San Diego, CA

 

Heather is a long time friend of Glen.   Hubby Sean is a member of the GDMF Board.  Heather is an avid marathoner and is looking forward to the opportunity to run NYC in Glen's honor.  Heather was signed up to run NYC years ago but Superstorm Sandy had other plans.  

GABRIELLA MCDONALD - Telluride, CO

 

Gabby is back for her 3rd go at 26.2 through the borroughs of New York for Team GDMF!  She trains at altitude back at home in Telluride, CO.  Gabby met Glen through fellow teammate, Robyn Shaw.  Welcome back, Gabby!

JUDY RADER RICHARDSON - PIEDMONT, CA

 

Judy is a long time friend of Glen.  Her husband, Robin grew up in Winchester with Glen and the posse.  She is psyched and honored to represent him in NYC this November.  Judy ran Boston back in the 90's and is geared up to run 26.2 in NYC!  We are excited to have Jude on the team!

ROBYN SHAW - Telluride, CO

 

Team Telluride is BACK for their 3rd year running!  Robyn grew up with Glen, ran NYC 2015 AND 2016 in his honor.  Robyn won a spot in this year's race via the lottery.  Glen just won't let her quit!   Robyn has been a huge GDMF supporter since day 1.  She lives in Telluride, CO with her family and enjoys trail running.  

MIKE STANTON - Wellesley, MA

 

Mike is another avid runner and triathlete.  Mike has run Boston several times and is excited to take on NYC for the 2nd time as part of Team GDMF.  Mike is a close friend of team organizer, Kristin Donahue and is a big supporter of the Glen Doherty Memorial Foundation.  Welcome back, Mike!
